Personal Self Defense 

October 14th at Bassano Community Hall

FCSS is facilitating personal self defense training delivered in age
appropriate skills and knowledge. Safe 4 Life instructors will teach how to
recognize potential threats, maintain personal boundaries, develop a
personal safety plan, and through the use of a padded attacker develop
the physical skills to ward off a potential attacker.
