Bassano is an active and growing community. To support our growth objectives, the town invested by constructing various new infill lots, acreages, and lots at the airport under the 2024 BUILD Bassano Development Project Bundle. As of October 15, 2025, the project is complete, and lots are ready for you to purchase and build.

We built:

One infill lot for mediuim-density development on 5A Avenue (730 – 5A Avenue)
One infill lot for creative developments on 5A Avenue zoned Direct Control (822 – 5A Avenue)
Three infill lots for small home development on 5A Avenue (726 – 5A Avenue, 720 5A Avenue, and 716 – 5A Avenue)
A 12-lot residential acreage subdivision. Lot sizes range from 2-4 acres each with municipal water to each property
A 12-lot subdivision at the Bassano Airport for hangars.
