Registration is now open for our summer session of Yoga with instructor Cara Fulton.
Classes are beginner appropriate and allow for more advanced participants to engage further.

Strollin with Seniors
Would you like to make a difference?
Bassano FCSS is looking for community volunteers to participate with us weekly on Thursdays throughout the summer to aid mobility limited seniors on a outdoor walk.
Sunshine and fresh air is good for the soul, and physical activity helps to promote longevity, accompany this with good conversation, and we have a day to promote whole body wellness.
If you are interested in being a volunteer we depart Bassano Playfair Lodge each Thursday at 9:45 am
